CERAMAGE®

CERAMAGE® is a zirconium silicate integrated indirect restorative material which can be used to create superior anterior and posterior crowns, veneers, implant-supported restorations, inlays and onlays.

Benefits

  • Full set of gingival colours ideal for copying gingival anatomy, especially when gingival modification is required in implant cases and previously fixed porcelain restorations
  • Simulates wear of natural dentition
  • Fibre reinforcement is possible in areas of need. If there is more than 2mm unsupported, it is recommended to have fibre reinforcement.
  • Implant-supported crowns or bridges will usually need a metal substructure for optimal strength and cushioning
  • Replicates the appearance and light diffusing properties of dentine and enamel, resulting in excellent translucency.

Considerations

  • Material is light-cured so no concerns about coefficient of thermal expansion
  • Does not vitrify so there is no milky appearance or greying effect
  • Conventional cementation is possible
  • Best glaze on CERAMAGE® is achieved with DuraPolish® and Dura Polish-Dia®
